Our PHP is a 30- to 90-day program (based on client goals and progress)and is structured for independent living, allowing clients to share a home with other sober roommates.
You will have the opportunity who collaborate on group decisions such as meal planning and recreational activities.
Free time in the evenings and on weekends provides opportunities for clients to develop sober lifestyles by participating in healthy recovery activities and establishing a sober support system in the community.
The program includes:

- A treatment plan - that includes a schedule of services beginning each morning at 8:00 am and finishing each evening at 9:00 pm.
Each week consists of a full schedule of treatment activities that includes:

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a 60- to 180-day program (based on client goals and progress) that provides at least 12 hours per week of treatment and allows clients to live on their own, work at a job, and travel to Meridian’s clinical offices, where they participate in treatment.
