Michelle Tullock, LCSW
Michelle works with clients struggling with substance use disorders and mental health, as a Primary Therapist and Meridian’s Associate Clinical Director.
She received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons College and began her post-graduate career working in adult inpatient psychiatric hospitals in the greater Boston area, serving clients with both substance use and psychiatric disorders.
She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2010 and has practiced in several different states, including Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Florida.
After leaving the inpatient psychiatric level of care, Michelle switched gears to outpatient treatment, facilitating Level 1 substance use groups for adults and adolescents, as well as Intensive Outpatient (IOP) groups.
Michelle also has certification as an Addictions Counselor (CACI) and as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Michelle also holds the MCAP (Certified Master’s Level Addiction Professional) credential.
