What To Expect From The Inpatient Mental Health Program?

Everyone is different and thus the client receives a personalized treatment.

At Meridian Mental Health there is no “One size fits all”. We take the time to develop the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment plan that is best suited to the individual’s situation.

Our PHP is a 30- to 90-day program (based on client goals and progress) that provides:

  • A thorough clinical and medical assessment
  • Medication management is provided on a weekly basis
  • A treatment plan - that includes a schedule of services beginning each morning at 8:00 am and finishing each evening at 9:00 pm

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is structured for independent living, allowing clients to share a home with other roommates who collaborate on group decisions such as meal planning and recreational activities.

Treatment takes place in our clinical center and our clients live in a safe and secure residence comprised of gender-specific homes.

During their treatment stay, each client is assigned a treatment team that includes a Psychiatrist, Psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner,  Nurse, Licensed Therapist, Case Manager, and a Nutritionist.

This team is responsible for assessing and working with each client to establish both an individualized plan of care and aftercare recommendations.
